Women’s Week: Strong Hearts

At AgroMIGIVA, we firmly believe in the transformative power of women. That’s why, during the week of March 8th, we commemorated International Women’s Day with a series of conversations held at our locations in Ica, Pisco, and Northern Peru, where remarkable women in managerial and leadership roles shared their experiences as leaders.

These spaces for reflection and learning focused on key topics such as female leadership, empowerment, and the role of women in driving the growth of our organization and society as a whole.
