Cultivating leadership!

In order to strengthen the skills and abilities of our collaborators, we developed the XI edition of the AgroMIGIVA Leaders School.
With more than 250 participants from our different locations in the Ica region, we have developed activities in soft skills, communication, problem solving, etc.
Thus reinforcing the sense of belonging of each of our field leaders and providing the necessary tools to continue maintaining excellent communication and teamwork. We spread passion! We are full AgroMIGIVA DNA!
